How long does it take to process my custom order?
Since every shirt is custom-made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your items are shipped.
What is your return policy for custom designs?
Because each item is personalized, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or if there is a printing error on our end. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
What printing methods do you use for your shirts?
We primarily use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing to ensure vibrant colors and a soft feel that lasts through many washes.
How should I care for my Vibe Custom shirts?
To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing your shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for orders of 12 items or more. Please reach out to our support team for a custom quote for your event or business.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to modify the artwork or garment selection.
