At Vibe Custom Shirts, we want you to love your unique look, so if your custom gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that personalized items with custom names or specific dates can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unworn shirts in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you as soon as our warehouse receives and inspects the items.
Receive Refund or Credit
After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your new custom exchange order will be placed into production immediately.
